Performance Measures for Unconstrained Project Evaluation  - this was passed out at the September TAC Meeting and will be used as a structure to evaluate the fiscally unconstrained MTP projects. 

Unconstrained Project Evaluation Matrix - this was also passed out at the September TAC Meeting, it shows all the projects or 'scenarios' to be evaluated in the unconstrained portion of the MTP.

MTP Update Interactive Web Map

Use this web map to view the location of projects to be evaluated in the unconstrained portion of the MTP in preparation for TAC.  The only projects shown on the map at this time are the transit scenarios, Hawley Street Grade Separation, and the Columbia River Bridge, as they do not have detailed design graphics yet.
